Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns on select furniture items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made and personalised items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at choicevelocity@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Service Cancellations

For design consultations and planning services, cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a partial fee.
