General Questions
Absolutely. We provide a complimentary 30-minute consultation at our Brisbane showroom or via video call. During this session, we discuss your project, budget, and timeline with no obligation.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
We are located at 25 Harbour Road, Brisbane QLD 4000. You can view us on Google Maps for directions.
Yes. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), direct bank transfers, and Afterpay for orders up to $2,000. For larger projects, we can arrange a custom payment schedule.
Custom Furniture Design
Typical lead time is 4-8 weeks depending on complexity, materials, and current workload. We provide a clear timeline during the quotation stage.
We source premium Australian hardwoods (e.g., Tasmanian oak, blackwood, jarrah), sustainable composites, and high-quality fabrics. All finishes are low-VOC and eco-friendly.
Absolutely. We provide detailed sketches and 3D renderings for your approval before any material is cut. You can request revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Our standard warranty is 1 year on labour and materials. Premium and Enterprise packages include extended warranties up to 5 years.
Furniture Restoration & Refinishing
We work with wood, metal, upholstered pieces, and more. From antique chairs to mid-century cabinets, we assess each piece individually and provide a restoration plan.
Pricing depends on the size, condition, and complexity. Basic repairs start from $250, while full restorations can range from $600 to $1,200 or more. We provide a free quote after inspection.
Yes, we offer reupholstery services as part of our restoration package. We help you choose from a wide range of fabrics to match your style.
Interior Styling & Space Planning
We visit your home, discuss your goals, take measurements and photos. Then we create a mood board, colour palette, furniture layout, and shopping list tailored to your budget.
We both design and create custom furniture. For our styling clients, we can source or build pieces that perfectly fit the design.
Space planning is the process of analysing a room's layout to improve flow, function, and aesthetics. It is ideal for open-plan homes, offices, or any space that feels awkward or underutilised.
Delivery & Aftercare
Yes, we deliver throughout Queensland and interstate. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and item size. Contact us for a custom quote.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
We provide detailed care instructions with every piece. In general, avoid direct sunlight, use coasters, dust regularly, and apply furniture polish occasionally.
Absolutely. We welcome restoration projects on any furniture, regardless of its origin. We treat every piece with the same care and expertise.
